Novosibirsk Refinery Analytical Laboratory applies modern methods of analysis for determination of precious, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic impurities.

  • Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass-Spectrometric Method;

  • Potentiometric Titration Method;

The following equipment units have been mounted and used for technical support of the applied analysis methods in the lab:

  • Optical emission spectrometers by Baird, МФС-8, PGS-2, modified by “ВМК-Оптоэлектроника” (Ломо, Baird, Carl Zeiss);
  • Inductively coupled plasma spectrometers ICAP 6300, ICAP 7400, Agilent 5110 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Agilent);
  • Mass spectrometer HP-4500 ICP-MS (Hewlett-Packard);
  • Atomic absorption spectrometer Solaar S4 (Thermo Fisher Scientific);
  • Analytical scales of different models (Sartorius, Mettler Toledo etc.);
  • Titrator Titrando 888 (Metrohm AG);
  • Graphite block for acid decomposition HotBlock (Environmental Express Inc.);
  • Cupellation furnaces of different models;
  • Crucible furnaces;
  • Moisture analyzer;
  • Samples preparation systems;

All equipment units are tested for State verification on the regular basis and replaced by the up-to-date models.
