Andrey Valeryevich Yergin has been appointed as the General Director of the JSC Novosibirsk Refinery since January 1st, 2019.
Andrey Ergin was born in 1964. He graduated from Kamensk-Ural Aluminum Technical College, and then in 1993 the Ural Polytechnical Institute named after Kirov on the specialty engineer-technologist.
The new head of Novosibirsk Refinery has more than 14 years of experience in the industry of precious metals. Andrey Ergin has headed several subsidiaries of the Ekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Processing Plant (EZ OCM JSC) engaged in the extraction of precious metals, processing and sales of products containing precious metals, and also headed the Directorate for Controlling and Reporting since 2004. In the last 1.5 years, he has been engaged in the implementation of projects for the organisation of supplies of raw materials containing gold from the near and far abroad.
Today, Novosibirsk Refinery faces serious challenges in increasing the supply and processing of precious metals, increasing working capital, accrediting at, at least, two more international precious metals exchanges, modernising production, launching new lines, as well as in many other strategic areas.
